Seiberts Julep Bowl

The perfect mixologists workspace.

BACKGROUND

Volker Seibert, the world-renowned, exceptional mixologist, his skill and talent were further attested by him having been crowned the bartender of the year 2018. At his request, we designed a workstation for his famous establishment here in Cologne. It consists of a custom-built stainless steel ice-tray with an intelligent water escape system and a housing made of massive wood. The lower part features a cutting-board with an integrated drawer. A hand-drawn anemone contoured with real gold leaf was used to integrate the Perrier-Jouët Champagne branding. The final result is a high quality workstation that fits beautifully into the classy atmosphere of Seibert´s.

Mit dem Aussnahme-Mixologen und frisch gekürtem Barkeeper des Jahres 2018, Volker Seibert, haben wir eine hoch effiziente Arbeitsstation für seine Barfläche konzipiert. Ein in massiv Holz eingefasstes Julep Becken mit durchdachtem Ablauf System, mündet in einer Edelstahl Arbeitsfläche. Darunter befindet sich ein Schneidebrett mit integrierter Schublade. Die Champagne Perrier-Jouët Markeneinbindung wurde durch eine handgemalte Anemone mit Blattgold Kontur realisiert.
