A working environment that is beautiful to look at absolutely boosts the motivation of one’s employees.
A vibrant colour palette of seven main shades is applied selectively throughout the space, contrasting with the building's raw concrete and glass structure to create a warm and inviting atmosphere – turning everyday work into a positive spatial experience.
The newly built headquarters was transformed from us into an agile and comfortable working environment. The goal was to support different modes of work – from focused individual tasks to collaborative team settings.
Each area was assigned a distinct function. The "Code Factory" and "Mission Control" areas form the main workspaces, complemented by more private "Workshop" and "Think Tank" rooms for focused work and collaborative sessions.
At the centre of the space lies the "Market Place", featuring communal tables, an amphitheatre stair and lounge elements. As a central hub, it encourages exchange, meetings and informal communication.
The "Melt-Down Area" and kitchen spaces introduce moments of relaxation and exchange, supporting balance within the everyday work routine.
