Havana Club Iconica was conceived as an intimate brand experience — celebrating craft, heritage and presence. Set within a private villa in Munich, the launch event translated the Iconica range into a spatial narrative defined by atmosphere, materiality and rhythm.

The heart of the evening unfolded where it was least expected. The villa’s former swimming pool was transformed into an intimate dining setting — turning an architectural remnant into a moment of surprise and exclusivity.



Architecture and staging were treated as equals. Natural stone, marble, flowing textiles and sculptural elements were composed to echo the villa’s character — creating a refined atmosphere with subtle Cuban references rather than literal cues.
Continuity was a conscious design decision. Most furniture and spatial elements were custom-designed by us — either created specifically for the launch or adapted from previous trade fair appearances. Reuse became part of the concept, ensuring both consistency and sustainable value.



The space followed the rhythm of the evening. Guests were guided through a sequence of moments — from arrival to dinner — making movement, transition and timing an integral part of the experience.
