At its core stood a single handcrafted oak table. Made from one continuous tree trunk, it was designed to seat up to twelve guests, ensuring visual continuity, material honesty and a strong physical presence.

The tree sculpture became the emotional centerpiece of the room — a crafted canopy of preserved plants and integrated light, blurring the line between set design and art installation.

The table formed the stage for the “Banquet of Nature” – a multisensory culinary experience inspired by the seasons. Each course was supported by a carefully choreographed interplay of food, table design, lighting and surrounding spatial elements. The surrounding space was designed as an extension of the table itself. Soft colors, floral references and curated materials echoed Perrier-Jouët’s brand world, framing the experience without overpowering it.
Table of Nature became both object and narrative. A setting where design, craftsmanship and gastronomy merged into a moment of shared attention.
