Over the past eight years, that first project resulted in an ongoing collaboration across the entire Seiberts universe — supporting a place that is widely regarded as one of the most distinctive bar concepts of today.
Our cooperation built over time, based on trust, shared standards and a mutual understanding of detail began with a commission by Perrier-Jouët for a custom-built julep basin, integrated directly into the bar counter as a central element. Designed and produced to the highest standards, with hand painted details, it set the tone for what followed.
A long-term collaboration shaped by trust and shared standards.
Just to name a few - we developed a window-based take-away bar during the COVID period, reworked parts of the visual identity, and created a wide range of graphic applications — from the creation of Seibert’s exclusive bottle labels, to business cards, vouchers and packaging.
On the spatial side, we redesigned the backbar, refined key working areas according to Volker’s high standards, and developed custom-made furniture — including solid wood tables with engraved Perrier-Jouët embellishments and a custom built display vitrine serving as a freestanding showcase for the house own fillings and the exclusive tableware from Sieger and Robbe & Berking.
Furthermore, we worked on various facade elements including gilded signage and glass applications and most recently, we redesigned the Seiberts entrance — shaping the first experience-point of the guests’ arrival and setting the tone before entering the main space.
